At Ekiden UK, we aim to ensure timely and secure delivery of all race packs and official merchandise for our running events, relays, and fitness races. Race packs - including bibs, timing chips, and essential information - are dispatched 1–2 weeks before the event date to the address provided during registration. Merchandise orders are typically processed within 3–5 working days and shipped via a tracked service.
